Workplace & Culture

Plummy Games is a remote-first company of 80 passionate professionals united by creativity and a love for games. Born in Moldova in 2021, our home base is still in Chișinău, where about 25 teammates work from our office. It’s our in-person hub for collaboration, team rituals, and occasional meetups.

We work with clear priorities, short feedback loops, and shared responsibility for results. We support focus, accountability, and steady progress.

Everyone here shapes the product, the process, and the result.
