How long does the process of reviewing resumes and responding to applications take?
Our recruitment team carefully reviews each application, and you can expect a response within 7 days.

What should I do if there isn't a vacancy that fits my profile?
You can still send us your application by clicking the Connect button on the main page. Once a position that matches your experience becomes available, we’ll notify you automatically.
Alternatively, you can also apply for an Open Application. Within two weeks, one of our recruiters will review your profile and get back to you to confirm whether there’s currently an opportunity to consider your application for that role.

Yes, we have an office located in Chișinău, Moldova.

What stages are included in the hiring process?
Our standard process includes three stages: an interview with a Recruiter, a Test Assignment, and an Interview with the Hiring Manager. During your first conversation, the Recruiter will walk you through the exact steps of our hiring process.

We expect a Professional Working Proficiency in English, as it’s the main language we use for communication. This level facilitates smooth collaboration across teams, making it easier to share ideas, feedback, and creativity daily.

The timing can vary depending on the role and the number of stages. After each step, we usually take up to 7 days to review your results and share feedback.
In total, the process can take up to a month, but we usually move faster - it often depends on your availability and how quickly we can schedule the next stage.
